Also known as the Indian Pariah Dog, this breed is one of the hardiest and smartest breeds. With a cautious temperament, Indies need to be trained and socialized early on. Usually good with families, Indies are also friendly and gentle with children. Daily exercise is recommended. Their coats are short and low maintenance.
